Position: Data Analyst

About the Role :

Data Analyst will serve as the primary owner of data quality and visualization across our key project verticals. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering team to translate business logic into robust data tracking systems. This is a highly collaborative role requiring you to interface with Leadership and Operations teams to build transparency and drive decision-making through data.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Dashboarding & Traceability

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with Leadership, Operations, and field stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the "on-ground" reality of the supply chain.

• Traceability Visualization: Design and implement dashboards that provide end-to-end traceability, giving the Operations team granular visibility into project status and inventory movement.

• Business Intelligence: Translate vague operational questions into clear, actionable data visualizations that highlight bottlenecks or opportunities.

2. Product & Engineering Collaboration

• Support the Product Manager: Work alongside the Product Manager to define success metrics (KPIs) for new features and validate product hypotheses using data evidence.

• Backend Alignment: Collaborate with Backend Engineers to understand database schema updates and API changes, ensuring that tracking reports remain accurate as the system evolves.

3. Advanced Data Analysis

• Utilize advanced SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy) to query, clean, and model large datasets.

• Leverage AI tools and automation scripts to accelerate data processing and synthesize complex datasets.

4. Data Quality & Integrity

• Act as the custodian of data quality; implement automated validation checks to identify anomalies or inconsistencies.

• Ensure a "single source of truth" is maintained across all reporting channels.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.

• Technical Expertise:

  • SQL: Expert-level proficiency (Complex joins, CTEs, Window Functions).

  • Python: Strong proficiency in scripting for data manipulation (Pandas).

  • Visualization: Proven experience creating professional-grade dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical teams (Ops/Leadership) and translate their needs into technical requirements.

• Data Intuition: A deep understanding of data modeling and relational database structures.

• AI Literacy: Familiarity with integrating AI tools into data workflows for efficiency.

Bonus Points If You have:

• Experience handling data related to supply chains, traceability, or sustainability projects.

• Prior experience working in an Agile/Product team structure.
