Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager specializing in Hearing Aids and Audiological Equipment. The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement effective sales strategies that maximize revenue and market share within the designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, audiologists, and distributors, while ensuring that our products meet the needs of patients and practitioners alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market penetration.

  • Identify and engage prospective clients, including audiologists, ENT specialists, and healthcare providers.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of hearing aids and audiological equipment.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning and sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients and sales representatives to ensure product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, highlighting progress toward goals and areas for improvement.

Technical Skills:
