Production Support Engineer .

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting and communication skills to support business-critical applications in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

• Handle production incidents and interact with business users effectively.

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues using strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Understand application workflows and triage user inquiries.

• Perform data analysis using SQL on PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.

• Review and analyse ReactJS code to understand application logic and identify potential issues.

• Document defects with root cause analysis and resolution details for development teams.

• Educate users on procedures and solutions for non-defect scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in Production or Application Support.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users.

• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience with RDBMS, particularly PostgreSQL, and strong SQL skills.

• Working knowledge of ReactJS to understand code flow and application logic.
