Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Real Estate

Location: Gurugram, India

Experience: 1-4 years in real estate sales or business development

Salary: Rs.25-30k per month, + incentives based on performance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing campaigns.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Site Visits & Presentations: Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients, providing them with insights on project features, pricing, and benefits.

Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the Gurugram market.

Negotiation & Closure: Effectively negotiate deals and close transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordination with Developers & Brokers: Collaborate with real estate developers, channel partners, and brokers to source property listings and enhance sales opportunities.

Follow-ups & Documentation: Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow up on leads, and assist in completing necessary documentation for property transactions.

Meeting Targets: The candidate has to achiveve the performance targets set by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.

Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and site visits.
