We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Plastic Industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing, product development, and process optimization. The role involves ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and continuous improvement in production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
Process Optimization: Analyse production workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
Product Development: Assist in the design, testing, and development of plastic products to meet client requirements and market demands.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications through regular quality checks and audits.
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Material Selection: Collaborate with the procurement team to select appropriate materials for production based on project requirements.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
BTech degree in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of plastic materials, moulding techniques, and production processes.
Proficiency in CAD software and production management tools.
Strong communication and project management abilities.
Knowledge of quality control methodologies and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
