Senior Frontend Engineer

Compensation: $130K – $195K + Competitive Equity

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in building a cutting-edge, browser-based application that brings AI-powered automation to camera control and video systems. You’ll work on a high-performance single-page application (SPA) built with React and TypeScript, pushing the limits of what’s possible with modern frontend technologies.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of a platform that’s transforming how people interact with cameras — and soon, all connected devices.

What You’ll Do :

• Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance, feature-rich React/TypeScript frontend.

• Implement complex functionalities and data processing within the UI for a seamless, responsive user experience.

• Work across the stack when needed, collaborating with backend and edge-deployed software components.

• Optimize the frontend for speed, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with ML and Backend Engineers to integrate AI modules and algorithms.

• Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of the platform.

• Stay on top of emerging frontend technologies and best practices, incorporating them into the product where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer working on complex, high-performance applications.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development workflows.

• Experience with WebRTC, WebAssembly, or WebGPU is a plus.

• Deep understanding of performance optimization and building responsive UIs.

• A passion for crafting intuitive, reliable, and visually engaging user experiences.

• Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
