What You Will Do

Anchor concept videos, current affairs, revision series, and exam-strategy content on YouTube

Take live and recorded sessions across GS Paper 1–4, CSAT, Essay, and optional subjects

Plan content calendars aligned with Prelims, Mains, and Interview cycles

Design study plans, test series, answer writing programs, and value-added playlists

Build and grow your educator brand on Drishti's YouTube, app, and digital platforms

Mentor students through Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages

Work closely with in-house production, design, and editorial teams

Who Should Apply

Appeared in UPSC CSE Mains or cleared any state PCS exam, OR a proven UPSC subject expert

1+ years of experience teaching GS, CSAT, Essay, optionals, or current affairs to UPSC aspirants

Comfortable on camera — existing YouTube/Instagram/edtech presence is a strong plus

Can simplify complex topics and hold an audience

Strong command over Hindi or English (or both) as a medium of instruction
