We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Legal Interns to join our Corporate Law team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, compliance, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.

• Conduct legal research on various corporate law issues and prepare summaries of findings.

• Support the team in compliance-related tasks, including regulatory filings and documentation.

• Participate in meetings and take notes to ensure all action items are documented.

• Assist with due diligence for transactions and other corporate matters.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a law degree (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.

• Strong academic performance and interest in corporate law.
