Job Highlights:

The RDT Contractor is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising Tableau dashboards and developing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. The role involves collaborating with various teams to understand data requirements, ensuring data integrity, and delivering solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making and streamline workflows.

Must-Have skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online (min. 2 years).

• Familiarity with data preparation tools (e.g., Tableau Prep, Alteryx, KNIME).

• Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps (development, integration, deployment).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Good to have:

• Experience in legal processes.

• Certifications in Tableau or Power Apps.

Qualification: 2-5 Years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development (80%)

• Create and maintain user-friendly, interactive Tableau dashboards for effective data communication.

• Design compelling visualizations to represent data trends, patterns, and outliers accurately.

• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and support ETL processes.

• Understand departmental data needs and provide tailored Tableau solutions.

• Train and support end-users to leverage Tableau for self-service analytics.

• Monitor and optimize dashboard performance for speed and efficiency.

• Document all Tableau-related processes, dashboards, and data sources comprehensively.

Power Apps Development (20%)

• Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

• Integrate Power Apps with Tableau and other data sources for seamless user experiences.

• Gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs through Power Apps.
