My client is a GCC based in Ahmedabad, we are hiring Leader, IT – Cloud Operations / FinOps to join their global team. As a key member of their technology organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their cloud initiatives and optimizing in financial operations.

Role: Leader, IT – Cloud Operations / FinOps
Location: Work from Office, Hybrid from Oct '24
Experience: 10+ in Operations, 5+ in Cloud Tech / FinOps, 2+ in Leadership
Salary: up to 80 LPA including 25% Variable

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operations and support of global cloud services, primarily leveraging Microsoft Azure
- Ensure high availability and performance of cloud environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Manage change processes and maintain compliance with established standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and support cloud-based solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and optimize cloud costs through effective FinOps practices
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field
- 10+ years of experience in an operational role
- 5+ years of experience with Cloud Technologies and FinOps
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in managing outsourced service models
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
