Work Location : 7 Deloitte USI Locations - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai

Key job responsibilities:

• Play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points, manage the service transitions.
• Manage and track staffing plan and forecast resource availability based on project budgets
• Work closely with customer, technical and functional teams to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables
• Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
• Use prior experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines
• Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved
• Lead the operate team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
• Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment
• Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources
• Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored, and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
• Act as an ServiceNow subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes
• Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
• Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments
• Demonstrated ability in leading teams towards successful execution of ServiceNow deployments
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations in IT/HR/CSM.
• Advanced understanding best practice frameworks such as ITIL and deep project management experience
• Industry, technical knowledge with IT/HR/Customer Service
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadlines
• Advanced ServiceNow technical skill - UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Performance Analytics, inbound email actions, Reporting & Dashboards, ACL’s, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update sets
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
• Knowledge and experience with JavaScript and other coding solutions
• Knowledge and experience with Web services integration methods - JSON, REST and SOAP
• Proficient in HTML5 and CSS
• Knowledge and experience with HR Service Delivery tools and third-party HR applications such as Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, and Oracle etc. using Webservices APIs(REST/SOAP).
• Experience on CTI Integration and virtual agent will be plus.
• Experience of ServiceNow upgrade, Scoped Application and SSO.
• Proficient in Agile methodology and all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle processes.
• Experience with software development support tools (e.g. Jira, Rally etc.)
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups

Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any one or more areas e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
• ITIL and DevOps experience and certification
• Master’s degree – MCA / Master’s in Software Engineering
