Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Technical Resource to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and have a proven track record of implementing and supporting MDG solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement SAP MDG solutions, including data modeling, workflow, and UI customizations.
2. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Support the integration of SAP MDG with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
4. Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of MDG applications.
5. Monitor and optimize performance of MDG systems and processes.
6. Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user manuals.
7. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
8. Stay current with SAP MDG best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG, with a strong focus on technical aspects.
3. Proficient in ABAP programming and development of custom enhancements.
4. Experience with data modeling and validation in SAP MDG.
5. Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points.
6. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO).
2. Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 technologies.
3. Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
4. Certification in SAP MDG is a plus.
