Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of APIs and databases to ensure functionality, performance, and security

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases for API and database validations

• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, providing detailed defect reports to the development team

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing requirements are aligned with product goals

• Maintain and manage documentation for test results, processes, and bug tracking

• Provide feedback and support during the software development lifecycle to ensure quality standards are met

• Ensure timely execution of tests and assist with continuous improvement of testing methodologies

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Manual API and Manual Database Testing

• Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in database querying

• Experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and bug reports

• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and database management systems

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate findings clearly

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
