Job Description

1.       Position: Site Supervisor.

2.       Company: Construction

3.       Qualification: Diploma in Civil or BE Civil Engineering.

4.       Experience: 2 - 3 Years.

5.       Location: Nagpur.

6.       Responsibility:

·       Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors on site.Ensure that construction activities comply with the project plan, specifications, and safety standards.

·       Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.Identify and resolve any issues that may affect the quality of work.

·       Conduct regular safety briefings and risk assessments.Ensure that workers are equipped with the appropriate safety gear (PPE).

·       Liaise with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to coordinate tasks and report progress.Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

·       Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.Report any resource shortages or issues that may impact the project’s timeline or budget.

·       Address any on-site challenges or issues as they arise and provide solutions to ensure minimal disruptions.

7.       Skills –

·       Familiarity with various types of construction projects, such as residential, commercial, or infrastructure.

·       Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
