6.       Responsibility:

•         Inspection of all component parts including assemblies as per check sheet and drawing

•          Monitor leak test process and maintain records.

•          Controlling wastage within stated limit.

•         Preparing quality plan based on customer as well as company standards.

•          Inspection of RM/FG goods/In process material stage wise inspection to be done.

•          Preparing quality policy and documentation for quality record.

•          Rejection analysis, Pareto analysis, FMEA.

•          Yield Analysis- conducting yield analysis for rejection

•          Maintaining Quality Department records of inspections, calibrations ETC.
