Yumifys is seeking a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Coordinator to support our brand's online presence.
The Social Media & Content Coordinator will assist with planning, creating, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across Yumifys' approved digital and social media channels.
The ideal candidate understands social media, enjoys creating engaging content, follows digital trends, communicates effectively, and can balance creativity with business objectives.
Assist with developing and maintaining Yumifys' social media content calendar.
Create, edit, schedule, and publish social media content.
Write engaging captions, promotional copy, announcements, and other digital content.
Assist with creating graphics, images, short-form videos, and other visual content.
Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and presentation.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and other audience interactions.
Respond to appropriate audience interactions according to company guidelines.
Identify emerging social media trends and relevant content opportunities.
Research competitors, audiences, hashtags, and industry developments.
Support marketing campaigns, product promotions, company announcements, and recruiting initiatives.
Track engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, and other relevant performance indicators.
Prepare basic reports on social media and content performance.
Recommend content improvements based on performance data.
Organize digital content and marketing assets.
Collaborate with other team members on campaigns and creative projects.
Ensure content is reviewed and approved when required before publication.
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college education is a plus.
Previous experience with social media, marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field is preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Good understanding of major social media platforms.
Strong creative and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and consistency.
Basic understanding of social media analytics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with Canva or similar graphic-design tools.
