Salary - INR 7 - 8 LPA CTC

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who can architect, build, and optimize high-performing cross-platform applications. You’ll work on products that scale to millions of users, ensuring seamless experiences across iOS, Android, and Web. A strong understanding of Flutter’s rendering engine, WebKit, and Chromium-based integrations is key to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance Flutter apps for Android, iOS, and Web (PWA).

• Optimize app performance using WebKit and Chromium engine integrations.

• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive UIs with a strong focus on UX and accessibility.

• Collaborate with backend and design teams to deliver smooth, real-time experiences.

• Ensure cross-platform consistency, debugging native issues across iOS/Android/Web.

• Work with REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket-based APIs for dynamic data handling.

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to scalable architecture practices (BLoC, Riverpod, etc.).

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring, and crash analytics (Firebase / Sentry).

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart development.

• Proven experience in scalable, production-grade apps (10K+ active users).

• Strong understanding of WebKit and Chromium rendering pipelines.

• Expertise in state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, etc.).

• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, animation, and responsive layouts.

• Familiarity with native integrations (Swift/Kotlin/Java bridges).

• Experience in API integration, local storage, and app performance optimization.

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to browser or embedded webview-based apps.

• Knowledge of PWA deployment and Flutter web performance tuning.

• Familiarity with Firebase, AppCenter, or Crashlytics for app monitoring.

• Experience with GitHub Actions / CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.

• Interest in AI-driven interfaces, in-app browsers, or learning tools.
