Role: Project Coordinator

📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai
💰 CTC: 6–7 LPA

We are hiring an energetic and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and stakeholder management for a growing engineering-focused organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate with clients, site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.
✔ Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
✔ Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and follow-ups.
✔ Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
✔ Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate concerns when required.
✔ Coordinate manpower, materials, and resources to avoid project bottlenecks.
✔ Support project reviews, status reporting, and client satisfaction initiatives.
✔ Travel to project sites as per project requirements.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:
✅ 5–8 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Execution.
✅ Background in Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, EPC, or related industries.
✅ Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
✅ Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
✅ Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Willingness to travel extensively.
