Position :- UI/UX Designer

About the role :-

As a UX/UI Designer at Varaha ClimateAg Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in researching, designing, and developing our digital interfaces. You will be responsible for building scalable designs and systems that are accessible to different stakeholders. Your work will contribute to the development of data-driven solutions that drive innovation and decision-making within the company.

Responsibilities: 

• Working on multiple apps and dashboards for a B2B audience

• Participate in every aspect of the product development process, from user research and generating ideas to refining pixel-perfect designs before launch.

• Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback from various stakeholders, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience.

• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

  Experience:

• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and information architecture.

• Proficiency in Figma, and familiarity with other design tools for web and graphic design.

• Hands-on experience with mobile and web interface design.

• Experience conducting user research and creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

• Knowledge of the end-to-end product design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and handoff.

• A strong visual design sensibility, including typography, color, and layout.

• (Ideally) A basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and exposure to design systems and component libraries.

• Ability to use AI tools from ideation to delivery
