About the Role : We are seeking fresh Chartered Accountant (CA) professionals for the role of Associate, Project Integrity & Finance Strategy to support our Nature-Based Carbon Credit Projects, including Regenerative Agriculture, Agroforestry, Biochar, and Enhanced Rock Weathering.

In this role, each associate will independently oversee the financial integrity of a specific project pathway, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance with registry standards, and accurate reporting to leadership and investors. The position combines project finance oversight, compliance management, fraud prevention, and strategic financial analysis, making it ideal for individuals who want to apply their finance expertise in the fast-growing climate and carbon markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Finance Oversight

• Independently manage financial oversight for one carbon project pathway.

• Own and track project-level P&L performance.

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial efficiency of project operations.

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.

2. Investor Reporting & Financial Transparency

• Prepare structured financial reports and updates for investors and leadership.

• Track project financial performance against projections and budgets.

• Support financial due diligence for investors, auditors, and strategic partners.

• Ensure accuracy and transparency in project financial documentation.

3. Compliance & Registry Alignment

• Ensure compliance with carbon registry standards and contractual obligations.

• Support financial documentation required for carbon credit verification and audits.

• Maintain strong financial controls and compliance frameworks.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure regulatory and contractual adherence.

4. Fraud Prevention & Asset Protection

• Implement checks and controls to prevent fraud and financial leakages.

• Monitor project expenditures to ensure accountability and cost discipline.

• Safeguard financial and operational assets across project activities.

5. Data Integrity & Operational Insights

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data.

• Analyze financial and operational datasets to identify inefficiencies or risks.

• Prepare concise reports and insights to support leadership decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fresh Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
