Support commercial negotiations with partners, financiers, and carbon market counterparties, including tracking issue lists, redlines, and negotiation positions.
Assist with corporate governance matters across group entities, including board resolutions, basic company law compliance, and coordination with company secretarial functions.

Coordinate with external counsel where required and assist in preparing briefing notes and issue summaries.
Support responses to legal notices, disputes, or enforcement matters under the guidance of the Legal Lead.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal positions clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Prior exposure to agriculture-sector contracts, farmer agreements, or rural/agri-business operations.
Familiarity with carbon markets, voluntary carbon credit standards (Verra/VCS, Isometric, Gold Standard), FPIC processes, or Carbon Rights Agreements.
Understanding of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and its application to commercial contracts.
Experience working with cross-border counterparties or in a startup/climate-tech environment.
