Position : Sales Associate - Biochar Operations

Location: Rajahmundary

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Biochar Sales Associate to drive sales and market development across Andhra Pradesh. The role involves promoting biochar products to farmers, agri-input dealers, distributors, and other agricultural stakeholders, while building strong customer relationships and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive biochar sales and achieve regional sales targets.

  • Develop and manage relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

  • Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer awareness programs.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide customer feedback to the team.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Agriculture degree (mandatory).

  • Good understanding of agricultural practices, soil health, and crop nutrition.

  • Proven interest or experience in agricultural input sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.

  • Proficiency in Telugu and basic English communication preferred.
