  • Lead farmer communication and field-level mobilization activities including village meetings, farmer interactions, and exposure visits.

  • Build strong relationships with farmers and local communities to drive adoption and participation.

  • Address farmer concerns and expectations professionally to maintain long-term trust and program credibility.

  • Support community engagement efforts to ensure alignment with local needs and implementation objectives.

Partner & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with implementation partners to ensure timely and effective field execution.

  • Support resolution of operational issues related to field execution, logistics, and resource deployment.

  • Escalate unresolved operational challenges through appropriate channels.

Team Supervision & Performance Management

  • Manage and supervise implementation-partner field teams and surveyors across assigned geographies.

  • Ensure field teams execute activities as per operational protocols and quality benchmarks.

  • Monitor team productivity, execution discipline, and reporting accuracy.

  • Provide field-level guidance and support to strengthen execution quality.

Data Management & Documentation

  • Monitor field data collection and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.

  • Validate field-level reports and plantation records to maintain data quality.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science, Rural Development, or a related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience in plantation execution, rural development programs, agriculture operations, or field project management.

  • Prior experience managing field teams or coordinating with implementation partners preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of plantation practices, sapling quality standards, and early-stage survival management.
