About the role

A Logistics Coordinator will manage day‑to‑day freight movements and inventory levels, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of goods. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain accurate shipping records and resolve any logistical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and routing.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, customs paperwork, and delivery receipts.

• Monitor carrier performance, negotiate rates, and resolve delivery discrepancies.

• Analyze logistics data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve processes.

• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

Required qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or storekeeping.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and produce actionable reports.

• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.

• Certification in supply chain management or related field.

• Knowledge of international freight regulations and customs procedures.
