1. Overview:
The Data Center Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for finding and engaging exceptional candidates. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment life cycle (National & Global), ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience while adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking).
Core Datacenter recruitment all position
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from requisition intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a timely and efficient process.
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and track recruitment metrics.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Proactively identify and address potential recruitment challenges.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and report on progress.
Participate in company events and career fairs to promote employer branding and attract potential candidates.
3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong understanding of various recruitment technologies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
Experience with HRIS systems and databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Masters / MBA In HR is must from Top B Schools /XLRI
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different levels.
Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.

Interviewing & Evaluation: Exceptional interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Proficient in using various interviewing techniques (e.g., behavioral, competency-based).
Employer Branding: Experience developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Candidate Experience: Strong commitment to providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Technology Hiring: Experience recruiting for technology roles is a significant advantage.
Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Strong Analytical & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
