Overview:

The Supervisor Production is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production team to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and safety. This role focuses on managing workforce performance, adhering to production schedules, and maintaining product quality standards to meet organizational goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff to enhance productivity and performance.

• Implement and monitor production plans to ensure timely completion of output.

• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to maintain high-quality standards in production processes.

• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among employees.

Technical Skills:

Required Qualifications:
