Position: Business Development Manager - Manufacutring

Industry experience: from Injection moulding & plastic Manufacutring

Travelling: 40% travelling & 60% inhouse sales

Job Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Qualification: BE Mechanical / Mechatronics

Experience: 3-7 yrs

Joining: Immediate

Mandatory Skills: English Communicaiton skilla, with sales experience in injection moulding & plastic manufacutring

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 Maintain an excellent understanding of CYPET’s technologies and value proposition

 Undertake the below, in support of the Head of Business development

 Extensive travelling to visit existing and prospective customers

 Grow customer base by active searching for and contacting new leads

 Understand and align customer needs with CYPET’s offerings

 Create quotations, negotiate terms and close sales

 CRM data entry and administration for your area of responsibility

 Creation and execution of sales strategies

 Develop and maintain enduring relationships with customers and leads

 Co-ordination with Marketing for planning area-specific marketing actions

 Actively involved in organisation and participation in trade fairs

 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and

competition status

 Abide by the company’s code of conduct

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering discipline.

 Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical sales role in the machinery industry.

 Demonstration of strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to

communicate technical and commercial information. Excellent English a pre-requisite.

 Willingness to travel regularly.

 Very good understanding and fast learning of technical and commercial principles.

 Strong organisational skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

 Experience with internet sales methods, such as search engine marketing and search engine

optimization will be considered beneficial.
