Job Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Adalyst, you will spearhead data-driven marketing campaigns to promote our educational services/ Industry. Your role will involve managing digital advertising efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to enhance student acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), display advertising, and educational platforms.
Exposure with any Education industry, Colleges, Edtech services company.
Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work with the creative team to design compelling educational content and ad creatives. Partner with the product team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product features.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector. Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Skills:
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing analytics tools.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
Understanding of the EdTech landscape and student acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with educational/ Edtech services background company.
Advanced degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing).
