Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Adalyst, you will spearhead data-driven marketing campaigns to promote our educational services/ Industry. Your role will involve managing digital advertising efforts, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to enhance student acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), display advertising, and educational platforms.

  • Exposure with any Education industry, Colleges, Edtech services company.

  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform and refine marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work with the creative team to design compelling educational content and ad creatives. Partner with the product team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product features.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector. Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing analytics tools.

    • Strong analytical abilities with experience in data interpretation and reporting.

    • Understanding of the EdTech landscape and student acquisition strategies.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with educational/ Edtech services background company.

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing).
