Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for Kellanova's Xtel application, ensuring smooth
operation and minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application
issues.
Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and
user experience.
Lead the deployment of updates, patches, and new features, ensuring compatibility and
stability.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for application
support.
Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in application support, preferably 3-5 years, with Kantar's Xtel or
similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in relevant tools.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively.
A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Kantar's Xtel application and its functionalities.
Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical team.
Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
