SAP S/4HANA FICO Techno-Functional Consultant.

We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA FICO Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The role involves leading finance system implementations and integrations within our SAP Center of Excellence, delivering high‑impact solutions for enterprise financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules such as GL, AP and Fixed Assets.

• Lead end‑to‑end integration of SAP FI with Ariba, Concur and legacy financial systems using APIs, SAP PI/PO or BTP.

• Develop functional and technical specifications, conduct testing cycles (unit, regression, integration, UAT) and support data migration.

• Provide month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end financial close support and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design integrated solutions, create training material and conduct user training.

• Debug ABAP and CDS views, support enhancements and resolve Level 2/3 issues post‑go‑live.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.

• 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with deep expertise in SAP FI configuration.

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting, Ariba and Concur integrations.

• Strong knowledge of integration techniques (APIs, middleware) and financial closing processes.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification or equivalent.

• Familiarity with SAP AI tools, BW/4HANA, SAC and Analysis for Office.

• Basic ABAP debugging, BADIs and CDS view modeling skills.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams and knowledge of IFRS 17.
