Position: Account Assistant
Location: Chrompet
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general accounts handling, GST billing and auditing, invoicing and reconciliation, documenting financial transactions, and maintaining purchase and sales bill records. Experience in consultancy or manpower solutions is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
General Accounts Handling: Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
GST Billing & Auditing: Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with tax laws.
Invoicing and Reconciliation: Generate invoices for clients, perform regular reconciliations of accounts, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Documenting Financial Transactions: Record financial transactions in accounting software and maintain up-to-date financial records.
Maintaining Purchase & Sales Bill Records: Organize and manage purchase and sales bill documentation, ensuring all records are complete and accessible.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.
Familiarity with GST regulations and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in consultancy or manpower solutions is preferred.
