Compensation: $30–$80/hour ($62,400–$166,400 annualized, based on 40 hours/week)

We are seeking experienced UI/UX Designers to contribute to a customer project focused on elevating visual and user experience standards.

You will apply your design expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. No prior AI experience is required — your design expertise is what matters.

This opportunity is suited to professionals with strong experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, typography, and Figma.

What You'll Do

• Design visually compelling graphics, layouts, and interfaces aligned with project objectives and user needs.

• Create and refine UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.

• Apply typography principles to improve readability and maintain design consistency.

• Review, analyze, and provide precise feedback on design iterations.

• Document design processes and clearly communicate design decisions.

• Provide real-world insights on user interaction and usability best practices.

• Collaborate remotely and submit deliverables according to project milestones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design or UI/UX Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design experience and impact.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design for digital products.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to clarity and detail.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and iterate on complex design challenges.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Contract Details

• Work arrangement: Fully remote.
