We’re looking for experienced professionals from travel, hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, and culinary environments who also have strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
You’ll work with business-focused presentations covering areas such as property performance, guest experience, food and beverage strategy, occupancy, demand forecasting, and other industry-specific topics.
Your role will be to reconstruct and improve presentation slides while preserving the accuracy and context of the underlying industry information. You’ll strengthen visual storytelling, data visualization, content structure, and executive-level communication while using your professional judgment to determine what should be changed and what should remain.
No previous AI experience is required.
Analyze business presentation slides covering travel, hospitality, tourism, and culinary topics.
Reconstruct supplied slides using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Improve slide layouts, visual hierarchy, readability, and overall presentation quality.
Strengthen charts, tables, diagrams, and other forms of data visualization.
Improve storytelling and message flow while preserving the intended meaning.
Edit content for clarity, precision, and impact without compromising factual accuracy.
Work with industry-specific terminology, definitions, assumptions, and caveats.
Review materials such as property performance reports, guest experience analyses, food and beverage strategies, occupancy reports, and demand forecasts.
Assess whether the main message is clear and whether supporting exhibits effectively communicate it.
Preserve strong elements when appropriate and clearly explain why they were retained.
Document the changes made to each slide and provide a clear rationale for your decisions.
Produce presentation materials appropriate for senior executives, boards, or client-facing audiences.
Work within flexible, sprint-based project cycles, with individual slide assignments typically requiring 1–2 hours.
You should have substantial hands-on experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, or a closely related field, combined with strong presentation skills.
Strong candidates will bring:
At least 3 years of direct professional experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, food and beverage, or related sectors.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
Experience creating executive-level, board-level, or client-facing presentations.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and presentation structure.
Experience communicating operational, commercial, or performance data through presentations.
Strong content editing skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinking and sound professional judgment.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to explain and defend presentation and editorial decisions clearly.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Relevant experience may include:
Hospitality and hotel operations
Travel and tourism
Food and beverage
Culinary operations
Property performance
Guest experience
Occupancy and demand analysis
Revenue or commercial performance
Hospitality strategy
You should be comfortable working with industry-specific concepts and recognizing when definitions, assumptions, qualifications, or caveats are important to preserve.
This role is not simply about making slides look better.
You’ll need to understand the business context behind the presentation and determine how information should be structured for an executive or client-facing audience.
When making changes, you should be able to explain how they improve clarity, storytelling, data communication, or decision-making. Just as importantly, you should recognize when an existing element is already effective and should be preserved.
Successful presentations will be accurate, polished, easy to understand, and appropriate for senior professional audiences.
The finished slide should communicate its key message quickly, use data and visual elements effectively, preserve important industry context, and demonstrate deliberate reasoning behind both the changes made and the elements retained.
Annual compensation equivalent: $288,000–$672,000, calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year.
Hourly rate: $150–$350/hour.
Contractor engagement.
Fully remote.
Flexible, sprint-based project work.
Typical assignment time: approximately 1–2 hours per slide.
No previous AI experience required.
