Talent Operations Manager

The Role

Lead onboarding, talent activation, and client success across high‑velocity AI training deployments. Operate at the intersection of data, distributed operators, and enterprise delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Run large‑scale onboarding with speed and precision

• Activate and manage distributed talent pools for AI/data operations

• Build and maintain trusted enterprise client relationships

• Anticipate and resolve blockers quickly

• Drive customer success outcomes across deployments

• Publish clear weekly performance and milestone reports

• Host community syncs to keep operators engaged

• Partner with product/engineering teams to align talent ops with evolving needs

• Continuously refine onboarding, QA, and retention systems using data

Qualifications

• Exceptional written communication — clear, structured, direct

• Proven operator in remote, distributed environments

• Ownership mindset — lead 100+ contributors effectively

• Data‑fluent with dashboards, KPIs, diagnostics

Preferred Experience

• Human Data, RLHF, or AI training pipelines

• Enterprise AI or technical client background

• Built/scaled data ops or talent ops systems

• Familiarity with ATS, analytics, project ops, automation

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $70–$110/hr (national base salary range: $50,000–$70,000 USD)
