We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to contribute to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems.
This role is suited to experienced data professionals with strong expertise in business data analysis, data quality assurance, and analytical validation. You will apply your judgment to real-world business datasets, evaluate AI-generated analytical outputs, and help establish standards for accurate, reliable, and high-quality AI-driven data analysis.
Experience working with personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive business data is particularly valuable.
Review datasets for personally identifiable information (PII) and identify sensitive information.
Apply appropriate data privacy and handling practices when reviewing sensitive datasets.
Evaluate AI-generated responses to business and data analysis scenarios.
Provide expert feedback to improve the accuracy, precision, and reliability of AI-generated analysis.
Apply data quality assurance practices to validate datasets and analytical outputs.
Identify inconsistencies, errors, and potential data quality issues.
Verify the correctness of analytical results.
Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for assessing AI performance on analytical tasks.
Collaborate with product and research teams to refine datasets, analytical guidelines, and best practices.
Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing business data and AI-generated outputs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a closely related analytical role.
Strong experience working with large business datasets.
Hands-on experience with data quality assurance, including data validation, reconciliation, and verification of analytical outputs.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large and complex business datasets.
Experience handling data containing personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive material.
Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail.
Ability to objectively assess data quality and analytical accuracy.
Strong familiarity with PII handling, data privacy, and sensitive-data management practices.
Proficiency with SQL and Excel.
Experience using business intelligence or data visualization tools.
Advanced degree or professional certification in business analysis, data analytics, statistics, or a related discipline.
Previous experience with AI evaluation, data labeling, model evaluation, or AI training projects.
