Annual Compensation Equivalent: $72,800–$166,400/year
Hourly Rate: $35–$80/hour
This contract role is for an experienced CRM administrator or implementation specialist with hands-on expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms.
You’ll work within a SaaS revenue environment to identify inconsistencies between CRM configuration, business policies, operational processes, and connected revenue systems. The role combines CRM administration, data reconciliation, systems analysis, and operational judgment while contributing domain expertise to the training and improvement of next-generation AI systems.
Prior AI experience is not required.
Audit CRM and connected revenue systems for conflicting rules, outdated policies, duplicate records, inconsistent configurations, and other operational issues.
Analyze competing business rules and determine which policies should take precedence, documenting the reasoning behind each decision.
Develop precise operational guidance for handling complex and ambiguous SaaS data and CRM scenarios.
Review and reconcile underlying data to establish the intended state across connected platforms.
Document recommended system and process changes, including areas intentionally left unchanged and the rationale for those decisions.
Assess how CRM changes may affect connected systems such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project management, and integration platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve CRM architecture, system configuration, governance, and long-term operational sustainability.
Apply practical judgment when dealing with incomplete documentation, conflicting requirements, and exceptions within revenue processes.
4–6 years of hands-on CRM administration or implementation experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or a comparable platform.
Demonstrated experience independently leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, rollouts, or significant system build-outs.
Strong hands-on configuration experience with fields, flows, validation rules, objects, permissions, and related CRM functionality.
Practical experience working with at least two connected revenue or operational systems, such as billing, subscription management, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or integration middleware.
Working knowledge of data-layer concepts and tools, including SQL, APIs, system data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
Experience operating in SaaS environments, particularly those involving regulated industries, multiple products, or complex revenue processes.
Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting integrity, CRM governance, and operational dependencies between systems.
Excellent professional English communication skills, with the ability to clearly document technical reasoning and operational policy decisions.
Salesforce or HubSpot certification.
Experience with complex CRM migrations, consolidations, or multi-platform implementations.
Experience supporting regulated SaaS environments or businesses with complex product and revenue structures.
Experience evaluating the downstream effects of CRM configuration changes on billing, CPQ, support, and integration workflows.
Strong documentation and analytical skills, particularly when resolving ambiguous requirements or conflicting policies.
This role is suited to CRM administrators and implementation professionals who have built and maintained real-world revenue systems rather than working solely in a support or coordination capacity.
You should be comfortable working directly in the CRM, investigating data inconsistencies, evaluating competing business rules, and explaining why a particular configuration or operational decision is appropriate. Practical experience is valued over certifications alone.
Prior AI experience is not required.
Annual compensation equivalent: $72,800–$166,400
Hourly rate: $35–$80/hour
Annual equivalent is calculated at 40 hours per week × 52 weeks per year.
Actual earnings will depend on hours worked and the duration of the contract.
