We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to evaluate complex operational scenarios across SaaS revenue systems and customer-facing processes. The role requires hands-on CRM ownership, knowledge of connected business applications, and the ability to make sound decisions when policies, compliance requirements, and operational priorities conflict.
You will analyze system configurations, data models, workflows, and reporting processes, explaining your decisions and identifying practical solutions that maintain data integrity and operational control. Previous AI experience is not required.
Evaluate CRM data models, process designs, configuration choices, and integrations across revenue operations systems.
Resolve conflicting operational policies by determining which requirements take precedence, explaining the rationale, and identifying changes that are unnecessary.
Design workflows that account for compliance requirements, including approval processes, access controls, and auditability.
Investigate revenue data integrity issues, such as duplicate records, broken lifecycle states, and inconsistent metric definitions.
Identify root causes of reporting and data problems and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
Assess operational trade-offs across systems, policies, and business processes.
Flag ambiguous or incomplete requirements rather than making unsupported assumptions.
Explain technical and operational decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SaaS revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or implementation operations.
Direct ownership and configuration experience with a CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or an equivalent system.
Hands-on experience with at least two additional connected tools, such as billing, configure-price-quote (CPQ), ticketing, or project tracking platforms.
Strong understanding of CRM data models, revenue workflows, and connected business systems.
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicting policies and explain operational trade-offs.
Experience maintaining revenue data integrity, investigating reporting discrepancies, and defining consistent metrics.
Ability to design operational workflows that satisfy compliance and control requirements.
Strong analytical reasoning and communication skills.
Experience in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or complex multi-product SaaS environments.
Experience balancing operational efficiency with regulatory, approval, access-control, or audit requirements.
A track record of independently resolving complex system and process challenges rather than relying solely on management or adjacent-team experience.
