About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to drive talent acquisition through targeted recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and analyzing recruitment marketing initiatives designed to attract qualified talent and improve candidate acquisition. The role combines recruitment marketing, project management, content coordination, campaign analytics, and performance optimization within a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate recruitment marketing projects, ensuring initiatives remain organized, prioritized, and on schedule.

  • Manage marketing projects from planning through execution, aligning stakeholders on deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines.

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of organic and paid recruitment content across relevant acquisition channels.

  • Manage the recruitment marketing content pipeline and work closely with content creators to ensure timely, high-quality output.

  • Monitor campaign performance across paid advertising, job boards, social media, email, and other recruitment channels.

  • Analyze campaign and channel data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.

  • Develop actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and support talent acquisition goals.

  • Maintain clear communication across recruitment, marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Track project progress, campaign deliverables, and marketing performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated experience monitoring campaign performance and using data to optimize marketing activities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • Experience managing content calendars and coordinating content production.

  • Experience working with recruiters, content creators, marketers, or other cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency with analytics and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, applicant tracking systems, and marketing dashboards.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or high-growth technology environments.

  • Experience with paid recruitment advertising, including job board advertising and programmatic recruitment platforms.
