We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong headhunting and sourcing capabilities to identify, engage, and move high-quality candidates through the recruitment process.
You’ll build and maintain talent pipelines, manage recruitment from initial outreach through offer acceptance, and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver strong candidate outcomes.
The role is suited to someone who can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, manage multiple priorities, and use recruitment data to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
Source, identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with hiring requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate outreach through offer acceptance.
Source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Partner with hiring managers, stakeholders, and team leads to understand evolving recruitment needs.
Maintain candidate quality and strong stakeholder communication throughout the hiring process.
Use recruitment data and metrics to evaluate and improve sourcing strategies.
Conduct proactive talent market mapping and competitor benchmarking.
Manage multiple requisitions and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Represent organizational values and culture consistently when engaging with candidates.
Work independently while maintaining recruitment activity, pipeline progress, and deliverables.
2–3 years of demonstrated recruitment or headhunting experience.
Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple platforms, networks, and recruitment channels.
Strong recruitment pipeline management skills.
Ability to assess candidate quality and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent self-management and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing startup environment.
Solid understanding of the U.S. employment market and current talent trends.

You’ll be expected to balance candidate quality, stakeholder requirements, recruitment speed, and a strong candidate experience while adapting to changing hiring priorities.
Annual compensation equivalent: $96,000, calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year.
Hourly rate: $50/hour.
