We’re looking for experienced marketing, sales, and communications professionals with advanced PowerPoint skills to review and reconstruct high-impact business presentations.
You’ll work with materials such as campaign performance reviews, brand strategy presentations, sales pitch decks, executive communications, board presentations, and investor materials. The goal is to improve clarity, visual communication, storytelling, and presentation quality while preserving factual accuracy, business context, and important domain-specific details.
Strong professional judgment is essential. You’ll be expected to explain the improvements you make while also recognizing and preserving elements that are already effective.
No previous AI experience is required.
Review images of marketing, sales, and communications presentations.
Reconstruct slides accurately in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Improve slide structure, layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
Strengthen charts, tables, graphics, and other business data visualizations.
Apply visual storytelling principles to improve the communication of key messages.
Edit and refine content for clarity, precision, and stronger business communication.
Develop clear, evidence-supported titles and messaging.
Evaluate whether supporting exhibits effectively reinforce the main point.
Work with campaign performance reviews, brand strategy decks, sales presentations, executive communications, board materials, and investor presentations.
Preserve factual accuracy, relevant definitions, assumptions, caveats, and business context.
Document the reasoning behind improvements made to each slide.
Explain why effective original elements were intentionally retained.
Apply sound marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications principles without changing the underlying meaning.
Complete assignments within an anticipated 1–2 hours per slide.
Participate in project-based, sprint-driven work with flexible timing.
3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand management, sales enablement, corporate communications, agency work, or a related field.
Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and business communications.
Demonstrated experience creating or refining executive-level presentations for senior leaders or clients.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
Strong presentation design, visual hierarchy, and data visualization capabilities.
Excellent visual storytelling and content editing skills.
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to evaluate messaging, supporting evidence, and presentation structure.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to clearly explain messaging hierarchy, exhibit selection, design choices, and content decisions.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
Relevant professional backgrounds may include:
Marketing strategy
Brand management
Sales enablement
Corporate communications
Marketing communications
Advertising and agency work
Business development
Sales strategy
Campaign performance
Investor communications
Executive communications
Board presentations
Go-to-market strategy
Content strategy
Industry practitioners and consultants are welcome. Direct domain expertise is valued more than a consulting-firm background.
This role goes beyond presentation design.
You’ll need to understand the business objective behind each slide and determine how marketing, sales, or communications information should be structured for the intended audience.
You should be able to explain why a particular title, message, chart, exhibit, layout, or content change improves communication while recognizing when an existing element is already effective and should remain unchanged.
Successful presentations will be accurate, polished, persuasive, and easy for senior stakeholders or clients to understand.
The strongest work will make the core business message clearer, use evidence and visuals effectively, preserve important context, and demonstrate deliberate reasoning behind both improvements and retained elements.
Annual compensation equivalent: $288,000–$672,000, calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks per year.
Hourly rate: $150–$350/hour.
Contractor engagement.
Fully remote.
Project-based, sprint-driven work.
Typical assignment time: approximately 1–2 hours per slide.
No previous AI experience required.
Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is helpful but not required.
