About the Role

We are seeking experienced Krita specialists to support an AI training project. In this role, you will use Krita to complete real-world digital illustration and design tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand digital art and illustration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit digital illustrations and artwork using Krita.

• Work with digital painting, character design, and concept art.

• Use brushes, layers, masks, and color management tools.

• Create and refine 2D animations and visual assets.

• Complete advanced Krita tasks and explain your workflows step by step.

• Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for digital art workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional hands-on experience using Krita.

• Experience with digital painting, illustration, and concept art.

• Good understanding of brushes, layers, masks, and digital art techniques.

• Ability to create high-quality digital artwork and visual assets.

• Access to Krita and the ability to record your screen while completing tasks.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Ability to explain creative workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating digital illustration or concept art experience.

• A relevant master’s degree or PhD in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Previous human data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.

• Experience with character design, 2D animation, or game art.

• Professional experience in digital illustration or graphic design.
