About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inkscape Design Specialist to support an AI training project focused on improving how AI systems understand vector graphics design and creative workflows.

In this role, you will use Inkscape to complete real-world vector design tasks, work with SVG files and design assets, and explain your creative and technical process step by step. Your expertise will help AI systems better understand graphic design tools, workflows, and vector editing techniques.

This opportunity is suited to professionals with strong hands-on Inkscape experience, practical vector design skills, and the ability to clearly communicate technical and creative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit vector graphics using Inkscape.

• Work with SVG files, illustrations, logos, and other vector design assets.

• Use advanced Inkscape tools, including Bezier curves, node editing, layers, and path operations.

• Complete real-world vector design tasks and document workflows step by step.

• Review, refine, and improve existing vector designs.

• Develop clear instructions and detailed prompts for advanced design tasks.

• Explain technical decisions and creative workflows in a clear, structured manner.

• Record your screen while completing assigned tasks, as required by the project.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience using Inkscape.

• Hands-on experience with vector graphics design, SVG editing, and illustration.

• Good understanding of advanced Inkscape tools and vector design workflows.

• Ability to create, edit, and refine vector graphics and design assets.

• Access to Inkscape and the ability to record your screen while completing tasks.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain technical and creative processes clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing Inkscape projects or vector design work.

• A relevant master's degree or PhD.

• Previous Human Data experience, including data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
