We are looking for a strategic communications leader to own external communications and shape how the company is understood across media, customers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
You will lead the communications strategy across product launches, company announcements, executive thought leadership, media relations, and public relations. The role is responsible for building trust, credibility, and visibility while translating complex technology into clear and compelling narratives.
Own and execute the company's external communications and public relations strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, creators, analysts, and industry influencers.
Secure earned media coverage across digital, print, broadcast, podcasts, and social channels.
Develop messaging for product launches, strategic partnerships, company announcements, and executive communications.
Position company leaders through interviews, speaking engagements, bylines, and other media opportunities.
Prepare executives for media engagements through messaging, briefing materials, and media coaching.
Manage external PR agencies, communications consultants, and other communications partners.
Lead crisis communications and rapid-response communications when required.
Develop clear, consistent messaging that strengthens the company's reputation and market positioning.
Significant experience leading communications or public relations for high-growth technology companies.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
Proven success securing high-quality media coverage and developing lasting relationships with journalists and media organizations.
Experience leading communications for product launches, strategic partnerships, and major company announcements.
Strong strategic judgment and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
