The annual compensation figure is a full-time equivalent calculated at 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks. This is a contractor engagement, so actual earnings depend on hours worked and available project tasks.

About the Role

This role is for educators, trainers, tutors, and education technology professionals with hands-on experience using Google Classroom.

You will complete realistic educational workflows, document how tasks are performed, and create structured prompts and evaluation rubrics based on practical classroom management scenarios. Your experience will contribute to the development and evaluation of AI systems handling education-related workflows.

No prior AI experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Google Classroom using practical teaching or education technology experience.

• Work with classes, students, assignments, learning materials, grading, feedback, and communication features.

• Create and manage classes, assignments, materials, and other common classroom activities.

• Complete realistic workflows involving student management, assignment creation, grading, feedback, and classroom organization.

• Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.

• Create realistic prompts and detailed evaluation rubrics based on completed workflows.

• Document workflow steps and explain the Google Classroom tools, features, and actions used.

• Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

• Work independently while following defined quality and documentation standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience using Google Classroom in a teaching, tutoring, training, or educational environment.

• Practical understanding of assignment management, student and class management, grading, feedback, and digital learning workflows.

• Ability to clearly document and explain educational workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Current access to Google Classroom and ability to use the platform independently.

• Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned workflows.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with data annotation, data labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.

• Experience creating educational prompts, evaluation criteria, rubrics, or workflow documentation.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace for Education.

• Experience using other Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Experience supporting digital learning or technology-enabled education.
