We are seeking experienced DevOps Engineers to contribute to a customer project focused on scalable, modern cloud infrastructure.
You will apply your DevOps expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world technical input. No prior AI experience is required — your infrastructure and engineering expertise is what matters.
This opportunity is suited to professionals with strong experience in CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, Linux, Git, and automation.
Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios involving CI/CD, containers, orchestration, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident response.
Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps.
Review AI-generated outputs, identify failures, and provide precise corrections with supporting reasoning.
Maintain a high standard for correctness and reproducibility.
Provide structured feedback to improve future task design.
3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript.
Practical experience with CI/CD, including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
Advanced knowledge of Linux and Git.
Professional English, written and spoken.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
Background in security, secrets management, or platform reliability.
Open-source contributions or technical writing experience.
Previous experience with AI training data or model evaluation.
Work arrangement: Fully remote.
Engagement: Independent contractor.
Availability: Minimum 20 hours per week.
Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance.
