About the Role

We’re seeking experienced product designers and AI-assisted development professionals to create evaluation tasks for AI systems working across rapid prototyping, product design, and human-AI collaboration.

The role covers two areas:

Vibecoding: AI-assisted software development, natural-language-to-code workflows, and rapid prototyping.

Design: Product design, UX/UI, visual design systems, component libraries, user research, and usability testing.

Experts with experience in either or both areas are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Create scenarios covering rapid prototyping, iteration, design systems, and product-design-engineering collaboration.

• Develop tasks involving AI-assisted application development and natural-language-to-code workflows.

• Build UX/UI, design system, component library, user research, and usability testing scenarios.

• Develop scenarios using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Replit, Figma, and Framer.

• Apply iterative prompt-driven development, human-centered design principles, and heuristic evaluation.

• Produce reference prototypes, code artifacts, design specifications, and usability evaluation reports.

• Create rubrics that distinguish senior-level product judgment from generic or template-driven work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, design lead, or AI-native engineer/vibecoder at a major product- or design-focused company or as a notable independent/startup product builder.

• Direct ownership of production design systems or AI-assisted development workflows.

• Fluency in vibecoding or design tooling.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design and rapid prototyping.

• Portfolio of shipped work is strongly preferred.

• Experience creating rubrics, training materials, or design critiques is a plus.

Contract Details

• Independent contractor.

• Fully remote with a flexible schedule.

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.

• Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.

• Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not currently supported.

Ideal Candidate

You’re a strong fit if you have substantial experience shipping products, building design systems, or working with AI-assisted development tools and can translate senior-level product judgment into clear evaluation criteria for AI systems.
