About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Computer Systems Analysts to contribute to a high-impact customer project supporting the development and training of next-generation AI systems.

You will apply your expertise in systems analysis, requirements gathering, SQL, business process modeling, and troubleshooting to provide high-quality, real-world input that helps shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform.

No prior AI experience is required. Your professional domain expertise is what matters.

What You'll Do

• Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

• Gather, document, and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders.

• Develop detailed business process models using industry-standard methodologies.

• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges and propose actionable solutions.

• Collaborate virtually with project managers, developers, and other professionals to ensure deliverable quality and alignment with customer needs.

• Contribute domain expertise to the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting capacity.

• Expertise in systems analysis, requirements elicitation, and business process modeling, including methodologies such as BPMN or UML.

• Advanced proficiency with SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.

• Demonstrated success working on remote projects and collaborating virtually.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality work.

• Experience contributing to technology-driven transformation or supporting AI-related initiatives is a plus.

Contract Details

• Work arrangement: Fully remote.

• Engagement: Independent contractor.

• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance.
