We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Chief of Staff to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and drive priorities across strategy, operations, and organizational execution.
In this role, you will help senior leadership focus on the highest-impact initiatives, accelerate decision-making, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes. You will manage complex projects, improve operational systems, and use AI tools and automation to increase productivity and organizational effectiveness.
This position is suited to a resourceful professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, navigates ambiguity confidently, and takes end-to-end ownership of important business challenges.
Manage the CRO's priorities through calendar coordination, executive briefings, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
Prepare presentations, executive updates, and internal communications that clarify priorities and support informed decision-making.
Research strategic business challenges, evaluate opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations.
Anticipate leadership needs, identify emerging issues, and ensure critical priorities receive appropriate attention.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining accountability for deliverables.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Monitor project progress, identify execution risks, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Take ownership of high-impact initiatives that span departments or fall outside traditional functional responsibilities.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes that improve organizational effectiveness.
Build reporting frameworks, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate performance data into actionable insights.
Develop executive dashboards, operational workflows, and reporting systems to improve visibility and accountability.
Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements that support business growth and execution.
Apply AI tools and workflow automation to streamline administrative processes, reduce manual work, and improve productivity.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business operations and executive workflows.
Experiment with emerging tools and automation approaches to accelerate execution and improve operational efficiency.
At least 4 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, revenue operations, or a related field.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to convert ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and effective prioritization.
A proactive, resourceful, ownership-driven approach to solving problems in fast-moving environments.
Experience supporting a Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Executive Officer, or another C-level executive.
Background in an AI company, high-growth startup, or B2B SaaS business.
Familiarity with go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, sales pipelines, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Experience building KPI dashboards, executive reporting frameworks, or operational workflows from the ground up.
Experience in management consulting, strategic finance, or a founder's office.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and workflow automation platforms.
Annual base salary: $80,000–$120,000.
Equity compensation: Eligible employees may receive equity compensation.
Performance bonuses: May be available depending on the role and company policies.
Health insurance: Up to 100% reimbursement of health insurance premiums.
Paid time off: Available to eligible employees.
Retirement benefits: 401(k) plan with company matching.
Additional benefits: Other benefits designed to support a remote-first workforce.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution. They can work closely with senior leadership, identify the highest-value priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives, and establish systems that make an organization more effective. They are comfortable operating without detailed instructions, use data to guide decisions, and apply AI and automation pragmatically to improve how work gets done.
