We are seeking experienced Business Operations professionals to design realistic, multi-step tasks that assess how effectively AI systems handle practical operational challenges.
You will translate real-world operations workflows into structured assessment tasks with clear instructions, realistic reference materials, and objective grading criteria. The work emphasizes process design, operational reporting, workflow management, and sound decision-making when interpreting complex information or resolving discrepancies.
Prior AI experience is not required. Your practical operations expertise and ability to evaluate work consistently are what matter most.
Design multi-step assessment tasks based on real business operations, including process design, reporting, workflow management, and operational quality control.
Develop realistic scenarios that require analytical judgment, careful interpretation of source documents, and application of operational standards rather than simple information retrieval.
Create or source supporting materials, including spreadsheets, system exports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and operational reports.
Define objective grading rubrics with clear performance criteria so that qualified reviewers can independently reach consistent conclusions.
Build tasks that test process ownership, operational problem-solving, reporting accuracy, and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Review tasks for ambiguity, missing information, conflicting instructions, and grading inconsistencies before submission.
Deliver approved tasks on schedule and at the required quality level.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in business operations, operations reporting, process design, workflow management, or a closely related function.
Direct responsibility for owning or executing operational processes, rather than exclusively supervisory experience or indirect exposure.
Experience creating or applying structured operational standards, such as SOPs, quality assurance checklists, process documentation, service-level definitions, or training assessments.
Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze information across multiple spreadsheets, reports, and documents.
Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex operational workflows into clearly defined, assessable tasks.
Strong written and spoken English, with proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience developing operational assessment frameworks, quality standards, or process evaluation criteria.
Familiarity with operational reporting, data validation, workflow improvement, and root-cause analysis.
Experience with AI evaluation, large language model (LLM) testing, or benchmark task design.
This is a fully remote contract opportunity with no geographic restrictions. Compensation is up to $90 per hour equivalent, with each task estimated to require approximately 10 hours. Actual time requirements may vary depending on task complexity and specifications.
Submit an application and complete the screening questions.
Complete the role-specific AI interview to demonstrate your business operations expertise.
Complete the profile review and onboarding process before beginning assigned work.
