Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our field sales team. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth by effectively managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products/services in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance against targets.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful field sales experience (minimum of 2 years preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the designated territory.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Experience in inside sales, sales coordination, and order processing is highly beneficial.
